The album “Les chemins et l'eau” (Paths and water)

The album "Les chemins et l'eau" (Paths and Water) features 11 French‑language songs shaped by my voice, fingerstyle guitar, and subtle electronic textures. The atmosphere is expressive and sensitive, blending acoustic clarity with light atmospheric layers.

The album revolves around the two central themes of its title: paths, as metaphors for our inner journeys, and water, as a symbol of life and movement.

Each song offers a dual perspective: an evocative narrative that invites the listener into different landscapes, and a more intimate layer that invites reflection on ourselves, the world, and how we move through it.

  • Chemin de terre (Unpaved path): traveling life's path and writing our own story.
  • A la brune (At gloaming): a twilight walk out of time, as the day yields to the cinematic splendor of the setting sun.
  • Il y avait déjà (There already were): finding my way back home, and the way our roots leave their mark on our path.
  • Dis-moi (Tell me): embracing our differences and trusting the way we choose to move forward.
  • Au milieu de tout (At the Heart of It All): holding on to what feels good and true, with the people we love, in a world of joy and sorrow.
  • Ronde (Circle): circles, and the way we move around what we love, from the horizon’s line to the curve of an embrace.
  • A la source (At the Spring): a water spring, away from the noise of the world.
  • Laisse-moi danser sur le sable (Let me dance on the sand): the courage to wait, in a world that asks us to rush.
  • Une goutte dans l’océan (A drop in the ocean): each person’s place, between insignificance and importance, seen through the water cycle.
  • Jusqu’ici (So Far): The small joys and victories that hold us up through difficult times.
  • Eclaircie (A Break in the Clouds): the moment of leaving, following the river as the ice gives way and everything begins again.
